For years, our billing reflected how Coupler worked behind the scenes: data flows and individual connections. You told us this didn’t match the way you actually use your data. So we changed it.
Here’s what’s new, how it works, and why it gives you more flexibility than ever.

What’s changed?
Previously, you paid for every connection, even when they came from the same account. If you built multiple dashboards using the same data source, let’s say Facebook Ads, each one counted separately.
Now, our billing scales around the number of accounts you connect. It’s a clear metric that’s easy to follow:
- Free tier includes 1 account.
- Starter tier includes up to 3 accounts
- Active tier includes up to 15 accounts
- Pro tier includes up to 50 accounts
- And for bigger, customized business accounts? Talk to us directly.
The best part: there are no limits on data flows. You’re free to use your data as much as you like.

An account simply refers to one connected data source. If you need to connect it to Coupler.io, it’s an account.
Let’s say you import data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Each of those is a separate account, giving you a total of 3. And that means you can use the Starter plan at $24 a month.
What if you have 1 HubSpot and 1 Google Analytics account? That’s a total of 2 and falls under our Starter plan, but you have room to grow.
Alternatively, you might need to connect QuickBooks from 6 different companies? Each of those is a different account, which results in 6, putting you on the Active plan.
Whether you create 10 data flows or 100, the price doesn’t change. You can create as many dashboards as you need, or integrate data sets with AI destinations for conversational analytics.
Additional updates
Our billing isn’t the only thing that’s improved. We’ve committed to giving you the best opportunities to transform your data. That’s why we’ve also added:

- ✅ No user limits from the Active plan upwards, enabling you to invite your whole team to collaborate.
- ✅ More freedom to use AI. In addition to AI tools as destinations, Starter plans and higher can also access our internal AI insights.
We’re also continuing to add more data sources, as always. Right now, we’ve got 380+ integrations, with plans for more. These are available for everyone.
