Coupler.io 2025 Wrapped: The Year Data Met Intelligence

If 2024 was about building the foundation, 2025 was the year Coupler.io transformed how businesses interact with their data. We didn’t just add features but fundamentally changed what’s possible, such as having conversations with data. Here is what the 2025 looks like in numbers:

2025 in numbers

🏗️ Infrastructure & scale

In 2025, Coupler.io grew into an enterprise-grade data integration platform. We built the infrastructure, security, and organizational capabilities that large companies demand. At the same time, we made sure new users could get started in minutes, not hours.

📊 Data source explosion from 78 to 400+

In 2024, Coupler.io enabled you to connect just over 60 business data sources. In the first half of 2025, this number increased to 78. By mid-autumn, we already had 240+ sources. The total number of supported data sources exceeded 400 by the end of 2025. That’s 5x growth in less than a year.

data sources increase

This expansion fundamentally changed what’s possible with Coupler.io. Teams that once cobbled together data from 3-4 sources can now build comprehensive cross-platform reports. Marketing analysts track campaigns across a dozen ad platforms in one dashboard. Finance teams pull data from accounting software, payment processors, and CRM systems simultaneously.

The autumn push, 240+ sources in a single release, was our most ambitious integration project ever.

We focused on solving a real problem: teams were constantly requesting sources we didn’t have, forcing them to manual exports and workarounds.

Now? If a business tool exists, there’s a strong chance Coupler.io connects to it.

The result: Coupler.io transformed from a tool that connects your main platforms to a platform that connects virtually everything in your tech stack.

🗄️ Introducing Coupler.io Storage: Your central data warehouse

One of 2025’s most significant product launches was Coupler.io Storage. It’s our answer to the challenge of centralizing data from hundreds of sources without needing a complex data warehouse setup.

Coupler.io Storage gives you:

  • A managed data warehouse built on your choice of powerful backends: Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or PostgreSQL
  • Automatic data centralization from all your connected sources
  • No infrastructure management—we handle the setup, maintenance, and scaling
  • Seamless integration with your existing data flows

Think of it as your data landing zone. Instead of sending each source directly to multiple destinations, you route everything through Coupler.io Storage first. From there, you can:

  • Blend data from different sources before visualization
  • Run complex transformations using our data processing engine
  • Query your data using our AI Agent
  • Export to any destination for reporting and analysis

Coupler.io Storage provides enterprise-grade data centralization without the enterprise complexity. It’s especially valuable for teams that don’t have the resources or expertise to set up traditional data warehouses like Snowflake or Databricks.

🔒 Enterprise-grade security: SOC 2 Type II certified

As Coupler.io scaled in 2025, so did our commitment to security and compliance. We achieved SOC 2 Type II certification, demonstrating that our security controls meet the rigorous standards required by enterprise customers.

But SOC 2 was just one part of our comprehensive security posture:

  • GDPR Compliant: Full compliance with European data protection regulations, giving EU customers confidence in how their data is handled.
  • HIPAA Compliant: Healthcare organizations can now use Coupler.io to integrate and analyze protected health information while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Google Cloud Certified: Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform’s secure, reliable infrastructure with enterprise-grade security built in.

What this means for you:

If you’re at a company with strict security requirements, procurement teams that need SOC 2 reports, or compliance officers who need to check boxes for GDPR or HIPAA—we’ve got you covered.

The compliance certifications weren’t just checkboxes for us. They required implementing robust security controls, regular third-party audits, and continuous monitoring. But they enable larger organizations to confidently adopt Coupler.io without security concerns blocking implementation.

For agencies working with regulated industries like healthcare, finance, or government, these certifications open doors that were previously closed.

💼 Billing and organization management

New account-based billing model

In November 2025, we launched a completely redesigned billing model that makes Coupler.io more accessible and predictable:

  • Account-based pricing instead of per-user limits
  • No user limits from Active plan up
  • No import size restrictions for growing businesses
  • More transparent pricing that scales with your needs

The feedback was immediate: teams could finally collaborate without worrying about seat counts or data limits.

Organization management

In late 2025, we introduced multi-organization support that fundamentally changes how agencies, enterprises, and consulting firms use Coupler.io.

Now, users can create and manage separate organizations for different teams, projects, or clients—all from a single account. Each organization maintains complete independence:

  • Separate billing and subscriptions for accurate cost allocation
  • Isolated data flows and connections ensuring client data never mixes
  • Independent user access and permissions for security and compliance
  • Dedicated workspaces with their own settings and configurations

Why this matters:

For agencies managing multiple clients, you can now maintain separate environments for each client account. No juggling multiple logins or risking data cross-contamination. Switch between client organizations instantly from the sidebar.

For enterprises with multiple departments, finance, marketing, and sales teams can each have their own organization with appropriate billing. Still, cross-functional team members can access multiple organizations as needed.

For consultants and freelancers working on distinct projects, you can separate personal work from client projects. This will let you keep billing and data completely compartmentalized.

The switch between organizations is instantaneous—no logging out, no confusion about which workspace you’re in. The current organization is always clearly indicated in the sidebar, eliminating the common problem of accidentally working in the wrong account.

🤖 The AI Revolution to make data conversational

In 2025, we asked: what if your data could answer questions, explain itself, and even take action automatically? The result was a fundamental shift in how Coupler.io works and what it can offer for conversational AI-powered analytics.

Meet Coupler.io AI Agent: Your built-in data analyst

The biggest leap forward in 2025? AI Agent—your conversational analytics assistant living right inside Coupler.io.

05 AI agent

No setup required. No external tools. No API keys to manage. Just open any data flow and start asking questions:

  • “Which products had the highest return rate last quarter?”
  • “Show me our top 10 customers by lifetime value”
  • “What’s our customer acquisition cost by traffic source?”

AI Agent doesn’t guess. It uses Coupler.io’s Analytical Engine to process, calculate, and validate your data before responding. You get accurate answers instantly, with suggestions for logical next questions.

Early access launched in late 2025, with full rollout planned for early 2026.

🔗 The AI integration ecosystem arrives

Throughout 2025, we launched integrations with five major AI platforms, bringing your Coupler.io data directly into the tools where you’re already working:

  • 🎯 Claude integration was our firstling built on the local Coupler.io MCP server, requiring some complex setup. It took us some time to simplify the flow for users and even get listed among the Claude connectors.
  • 💬 ChatGPT integration started with a custom GPTs that pull data from Coupler.io. Now, it’s available as a full-fledged connector that users can see among ChatGPT Apps.
  • Cursor integration was built specifically for developers who want their business data right in their coding environment. The setup proved surprisingly smooth—developers got it working quickly and kept using it consistently.
  • 🔍 Perplexity integration brought a unique challenge: combining research-grade AI with live business data. We’re still in the early stages here, learning how teams want to use research AI for data analysis.
  • Gemini integration connects your Coupler.io data to Google’s AI workspace, bringing your business metrics into the Google ecosystem where many teams already collaborate.

Wonder which data users connected most frequently to AI destinations in 2025? Here is the top 10:

The pattern is clear: teams use conversational analytics for their core business data – advertising, accounting, and e-commerce. Google Sheets leads because it’s where many teams already centralize their data.

💡 AI Insights embedded in dashboards

Earlier in 2025, we launched AI Insights. It’s an AI-generated dashboard summary that helps you quickly make sense of your data without manual analysis.

AI Insights automatically interpret your dashboard data and generates an organized summary in about 20 seconds. Just open any dashboard, click the Insights button, and get three core elements:

  • Overview: A brief, high-level summary of your dashboard performance
  • Key Findings: Detailed trends, opportunities, and anomalies identified in your data
  • Top Recommendations: Actionable advice on how to optimize strategies, campaigns, and boost overall performance

Think of it as having a marketing analyst on call 24/7—ready to highlight what matters most and suggest what to do next.

The feature works across all Coupler.io dashboards (not templates). However, for financial dashboards, AI insights only provide trends and detailed analysis without recommendations to focus purely on data interpretation.

📊 Better ways to see your data

Throughout 2025, we focused on making data not just accessible, but actually comprehensible. The goal wasn’t just to show you numbers. We aimed at helping you understand what those numbers mean and what to do about them.

📁 Data sets: Expert reports, zero hassle

Launched in late 2025, Data Sets introduced a new way to work with your data: pre-built, expert-level reports that you can plug into any workflow.

Think of Data Sets as report templates created by data analysts. They are already structured, optimized, and ready to use for campaign performance comparisons, win rate analysis, cash flow monitoring, and more.

We’ve already launched over 130+ data set templates, covering the most common analysis scenarios across industries.

📈 Coupler.io dashboards got better

In 2024, our efforts were aimed at delivering amazing dashboard templates for Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Power BI.

This year, we shifted the main focus to improving Coupler.io’s native dashboards. They got smarter and more flexible:

  • Dashboard tabs organize complex analyses into logical sections.

  • New Chart Types expand how you visualize data:
    • Funnel charts for conversion analysis
    • Stacked horizontal bar charts for comparative data

Focusing on Coupler.io dashboards does not mean that we have abandoned dashboard templates for external tools. Not a whit.

The total number of dashboard templates has approached 200, covering new data sources and expanding dashboards for the most popular ones. In addition, a new design for our Looker Studio and Power BI dashboards has been released to the public. For instance, here is what the PPC multichannel dashboard in Looker Studio looked like in 2024.

🌍 Taking Coupler.io global: The 2025 conference circuit

Building great products in isolation is a myth. The best ideas come from conversations with users frustrated by current tools, analysts sharing workflows, and marketers explaining their daily struggles.

Taking Coupler.io global The 2025 conference circuit

So in 2025, we hit the road and sponsored the world’s largest free digital analytics unconference, MeasureCamp, in Berlin.

The MeasureCamp tour continued to 5 other cities:

  • 🇭🇷 Split, Croatia
  • 🇸🇰 Bratislava, Slovakia
  • 🇪🇸 Madrid, Spain
  • 🇩🇰 Copenhagen, Denmark
  • 🇬🇧 London, UK

These weren’t networking events but reality checks. Every conversation reminded us what real users need versus what we think they need.

Beyond MeasureCamp, Coupler.io Product Lead, Veronika Tamaio Flores, participated as a speaker in the following events:

WaysConf Krakow (September 17-18, 2025): Her talk “AI or not AI: making sense of the hype” cut through the AI marketing noise to address what product teams actually face when implementing AI features. At a conference focused on real-world implementation stories, Veronika shared practical insights from building AI capabilities in production.

DOU Day Kyiv (May 16-17, 2025): At one of Ukraine’s largest technical conferences, Veronika presented “Як створити АІ-агента в продукті. Досвід Coupler.io” (How to create an AI agent in a product. Coupler.io experience). She walked Ukrainian developers through the actual challenges and decisions behind building our AI Agent feature: from technical architecture to UX considerations that make conversational analytics work for real users.

2025 wasn’t about promoting Coupler.io at conferences. It was about listening to the global data community. Their feedback shapes everything we build.

🚀 Looking ahead to 2026

In late 2025, our developers released a Microsoft Excel Desktop destination as a Christmas gift for all the users who had been waiting for it so long. Now, you can connect your business data to Excel Online and export data as CSV files to open in Excel desktop.

But 2026 is where things get really interesting. Here’s what’s coming:

AI Agent evolution and more

AI agent guy

The AI Agent you see today is just the beginning. In 2026, we’re transforming it into a comprehensive AI-powered data assistant:

  • Chat-first data flow creation: Instead of clicking through UI to build data flows, just tell the AI Agent what you want: “Set up a data flow from Facebook Ads and Google Ads to BigQuery, analyze performance metrics for last month, and build a dashboard.” The AI Agent will create the entire workflow, run the analysis, and build the visualization—all from a single conversational request.
  • Workflow automations: The AI Agent will monitor your data for specific conditions and automatically take action. Imagine: “If my campaign CPC increases by more than 20%, pause the campaign automatically and send a Slack notification to the marketing team.” Or: “When monthly revenue hits $100K, trigger an email to the sales team and create a Zapier workflow to update our CRM.

Slack Agent: Your team already lives in Slack. Why should they leave to check data? Soon, you’ll ask questions about campaign performance, sales metrics, or revenue trends right in your team channels. No context switching. No interrupting your flow. Just natural conversations with your data where work actually happens.

Gemini Enterprise: Google Workspace is where collaboration happens for millions of teams. We’re bringing Coupler.io data directly into Gemini, making your business metrics as accessible as your shared documents. Ask Gemini about your data alongside everything else you’re working on.

More AI platform integrations incoming: If your team uses an AI tool, we’re probably building an integration for it. The goal: make your data queryable wherever you’re already thinking and working.

🏢 Enterprise capabilities

High-volume backup pipelines: For enterprise customers managing massive data volumes, we’re launching dedicated backup pipelines. They will handle high-throughput data synchronization to data warehouses and data lakes without impacting your regular workflows.

Expanded data warehouse support: Coupler.io Storage currently supports Redshift, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL. In 2026, we’re adding more data warehouses and data lakes, including AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, Google Cloud Storage, and more. This will give enterprises flexibility to use their preferred data infrastructure.

🔗 Integration expansion

The 400+ integrations we built in 2025 were a tremendous result, but our integration development velocity is accelerating. With improved development tooling and templates, our goal for 2026 is to build and deploy a new data source integration in a single day. This means the gap between “we need this integration” and “it’s available in production” shrinks dramatically.

However, it’s not just about quantity. We’re also enriching existing sources with additional entities, better formatting, support for data set templates, incremental sync capabilities, and optimizations for high-volume data flows.

📤 Multiple destinations

Currently, each data flow connects one source to one destination. In 2026, we’re introducing the ability to send data from a single source to multiple destinations simultaneously. Pull from Salesforce once, but send that data to BigQuery, Google Sheets, and your Coupler.io dashboard. All from one flow, one refresh schedule.

This eliminates the need to create multiple redundant data flows for the same source data, saving setup time and reducing API rate limit issues.

🙇Thank you for an incredible year

2025 was transformative because of all our users who push boundaries, ask challenging questions, and trust us with their data every day.

We’ve watched teams go from spending hours manually updating reports to having AI-powered conversations with their data. We’ve seen marketing analysts make decisions in minutes instead of days. We’ve witnessed finance teams explore scenarios they never had time for before.

That’s what drives us: not just building features, but fundamentally changing how people interact with their data. Ready to experience the future of data analytics?
