Whatagraph Pricing in 2026: What $812 a Month Really Buys
Whatagraph pricing got simpler this year. The pricing page now shows two plans. Max starts at $812 a month, billed annually. Prime has custom pricing. But simple pricing can still be expensive. The headline number also leaves out the part that grows with you: source credits. Every account you connect uses one.

I’ll show you how credits work, what each plan includes, and what four common setups cost. Then I’ll compare it with Coupler.io, a data integration and AI analytics platform that publishes the price of every plan from Free to Pro.
All prices and limits below come from the vendors’ official pages, checked in October 2026. Prices are in USD.
TL;DR: How much does Whatagraph cost?
- The cheapest way in is $812 a month. That’s the Max plan, billed annually, or $9,744 a year before you connect anything extra.
- Max includes 50 source credits. One credit covers one connected account, property, or page.
- Going over 50 costs extra. You can buy more credits, but Whatagraph doesn’t publish what they cost.
- Prime is a sales call. It’s custom-priced, and you need it to send data to BigQuery or Data Studio.
- Start and Boost are gone. The older, cheaper plans no longer appear on the pricing page.
- Coupler.io shows its prices up front. Paid plans start at $24 a month, billed annually.
Build your Whatagraph price from your setup
Whatagraph charges for each source you connect. Its help center defines a data source as “any single account, property, or page you connect to Whatagraph.” Each one uses one source credit.
Take a small agency with 15 clients. Each client has:
- 1 Google Ads account
- 1 Facebook Ads account
- 1 Google Analytics 4 property
Here’s how that turns into credits:
| Item | Credits each | Count | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads account | 1 | 15 | 15 |
| Facebook Ads account | 1 | 15 | 15 |
| GA4 property | 1 | 15 | 15 |
| Total | 45 |
That’s 45 credits, so the agency fits inside Max’s 50. It pays $812 a month, billed annually, which works out to about $54 per client.
Now the agency signs three more clients. That takes it to 54 credits, which is over the Max limit. Whatagraph’s FAQ says you can buy extra credits “until you reach the next plan threshold, then it’s time to upgrade.” It doesn’t say what those credits cost.
Your bill follows the number of accounts you connect. Adding reports or users doesn’t change it.
How the Whatagraph pricing model works
The Whatagraph pricing model has two layers:
- The plan sets which features and integrations you get.
- Source credits set how many accounts you can connect.
Max includes unlimited users and unlimited reports, so credits are the number to watch.
✅ What uses a credit
According to Whatagraph’s help center, each of these costs one credit: a Google Ads account, a Facebook Ads account, a GA4 property, and an Instagram business page.
The pricing page adds that each source costs 1 credit “regardless of plan.”
❌ What doesn’t use a credit
The help center lists these as free: blends, source groups, new reports, and copies of a source inside a report.
You can build as many reports as you like from one GA4 property and still pay for that property only once.

Upgrading and downgrading
You can buy extra credits on your current plan until you hit the next threshold. To move to Max or Prime, you book a call with Whatagraph through a link in the app. The Customer Success team handles downgrades.
Where the Start plan and Boost plan went
If your notes on Whatagraph pricing 2026 still mention Start or Boost, they’re out of date. Whatagraph’s help center still has a plan overview showing the older lineup in euros:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Source credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | €0 | 5 |
| Start | €249/month | €199/month | 20 |
| Boost | €624/month | €499/month | 60 |
| Max | Custom | Custom | Over 100 |
That lineup offered monthly billing and 20% off for annual billing. Today’s pricing page shows only Max and Prime, both billed annually.
Max has changed as well. It used to be the custom-priced top plan. Now it’s the entry plan, with a published price and 50 credits. If you’re renewing an older contract, ask your account manager which lineup it follows.

Both paid plans include IQ Agents, Whatagraph’s AI layer, plus unlimited users. Here’s how they differ:
| Feature | Max | Prime |
|---|---|---|
| Price | From $812/month, billed annually | Custom, billed annually |
| Source credits | From 50 | Not listed on the pricing page |
| Users and reports | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Integrations | Advanced | Advanced + premium integrations |
| White-label reports and custom branding | Yes | Yes |
| Custom report domain | No | Yes |
| Transfer to BigQuery and Data Studio | No | Yes |
| Public API access | No | Yes |
| Single sign-on | Google login | SSO / SAML |
| Support | Live chat + dedicated success manager | Adds tailored onboarding and priority support |
Max covers most agency reporting. You get white-label reports, KPI overviews with alerts, data groups and blends, and a dedicated success manager.
Prime adds features for bigger teams. That includes premium integrations, a custom report domain, public API access and data transfers to BigQuery and Data Studio.
Whatagraph’s homepage says it maintains 60+ native integrations. Premium integrations are only on Prime. The older plan overview gave Google Display & Video 360 and Adobe Analytics as examples. Check which tier each of your sources is in before you pick a plan.
Hidden costs the starting price doesn’t show
- Extra credits. You can add them on Max, but the price isn’t public.
- Prime pricing. It’s custom, so you only get a number after a sales call.
- Data transfers. Sending data to BigQuery or Data Studio requires Prime.
- Annual billing. Both plans are listed as billed annually. The pricing page doesn’t offer monthly billing.
- Trial. The pricing page sends you to “Get a demo” and doesn’t mention a free trial.
Whatagraph pricing options: Four setups priced out
These examples use Max’s published terms: 50 credits for $812 a month, billed annually. Whatagraph doesn’t publish prices for extra credits or Prime, so I’ve marked those as “ask sales.”
#1. Single brand with a small ad stack
A brand runs 2 Google Ads accounts, 2 Facebook Ads accounts, and 1 GA4 property.
- Credits used: 5 of 50
- Price: $812/month, billed annually
That’s about $162 per connected account each month. A team this size pays for 45 credits it won’t use.
#2. Agency with 15 clients
Each client has 1 Google Ads account, 1 Facebook Ads account, and 1 GA4 property.
- Credits used: 45 of 50
- Price: $812/month, billed annually, or about $54 per client
This is where Whatagraph pricing for agencies makes the most sense. Nearly all the credits get used, and every client gets white-label reports.

#3. Agency with 25 clients
It’s the same setup as #2, with 10 more clients.
- Credits used: 75, which is 25 over the Max limit
- Price: $812/month plus 25 extra credits (ask sales), or a move to Prime once you pass the next threshold
Whatagraph doesn’t say where that threshold is. I’d get it in writing before you sign, since it decides when your next client pushes you onto a custom plan.
#4. Brand that needs its data in BigQuery
It’s the same 5 sources as #1, but the data team also wants the data in BigQuery.
- Credits used: 5
- Price: Prime, custom
BigQuery transfer is only on Prime, so one destination puts a small brand on the custom plan.
Whatagraph pricing: pros and cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Unlimited users and reports | Entry price is $812/month, billed annually |
| Blends, source groups, and new reports are free | Extra credit prices aren’t public |
| White-label reports and a dedicated success manager on Max | BigQuery and Data Studio transfers need Prime |
| IQ Agents on both plans | No monthly billing on the pricing page |
Most of the cons make your total cost hard to predict. They hit hardest at the extremes: small teams that use only a few credits, and agencies with more than 50 accounts.
Pay for the accounts you connect, from $24 a month
Try Coupler.io for freeWhen Coupler.io pricing is easier to forecast
Coupler.io lists the price of every plan from Free to Pro, along with how many accounts and destinations each one covers. All 400+ sources and every destination come with every plan. You never upgrade just to unlock a connector or a warehouse.
Coupler.io bills by connected accounts. Each Google Ads account or GA4 property takes one slot in your plan, and you can use it in as many data flows and dashboards as you need. Paid plans start at $24 a month, billed annually. You get 7 free days with Pro limits after sign-up. Then you choose a plan or stay on Free. See the Coupler.io pricing page for every limit.
Here’s how the four setups look on each tool:
| Setup | Whatagraph | Coupler.io plan |
|---|---|---|
| Single brand (5 accounts) | Max: $812/month billed annually | Active: $99/month billed annually ($132 monthly). 15 accounts, 3 destinations, unlimited users |
| Agency, 15 clients (45 accounts) | Max: $812/month billed annually | Pro: $199/month billed annually ($259 monthly). 50 accounts, unlimited destinations, hourly refresh |
| Agency, 25 clients (75 accounts) | Max + extra credits (price not published) | Past Pro’s 50 accounts, buy extra accounts through support or move to an Agency plan |
| Brand sending data to BigQuery | Prime: custom | Active: $99/month billed annually. BigQuery is available on every plan |
The single brand pays $1,188 a year on Coupler.io’s Active plan, against $9,744 on Max. The 15-client agency pays $2,388 a year on Pro.
For agencies with more than 50 accounts, Coupler.io’s Agency Solutions plan gives each client its own workspace. It adds 15-minute data refresh, SSO, and a personal account manager. Pricing is set with the sales team based on your portfolio.
Coupler.io loads data into Google Sheets, Excel, Data Studio, Power BI, BigQuery, and other destinations. It also has built-in dashboards and hundreds of templates. To analyze your data with AI, Coupler.io connects it to Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini through its MCP server. It’s also listed as a ChatGPT App.

Here’s where I’d still point you to Whatagraph. If your team wants to build client reports in one tool and email them as branded PDFs, Whatagraph is built for that. Coupler.io focuses on getting clean data into the tools you already report from, plus its own dashboards.

FAQ
Does Whatagraph have a free trial?
The pricing page doesn’t mention one. Every plan button leads to “Get a demo.” Some third-party reviews mention a 14-day free trial of Max. Confirm with Whatagraph’s sales team if you want to test before you buy.
Does Whatagraph offer monthly billing?
The pricing page lists both plans as billed annually. The older Start and Boost plans had monthly prices, but they’re no longer on the pricing page. If you need monthly billing, ask before you sign.
How much is Whatagraph pricing per month for an agency?
Whatagraph pricing per month starts at $812 on Max, billed annually. What you pay per client depends on how many credits you use. With 15 clients at 3 sources each, it comes to about $54 per client. With 50 credits fully used, each credit costs about $16.
Is Whatagraph worth the price?
It depends on how many of the 50 credits you’ll use. Before you read another Whatagraph review, count your connected accounts. An agency close to 50 gets good value from Max. A brand with five accounts pays for capacity it doesn’t need.
