- Configure the basic and optional parameters. They vary depending on the chosen source application. For example, for Xero, you need to select a data entity. For Google Sheets, you’ll need to choose a spreadsheet and a sheet.
- Add more data sources if you’d like and preview what will be imported. Add, remove, or rename columns, apply filters, etc.
Destination setup
- Connect your destination application account.
- Select a file and a sheet where to import data. This works for Google Sheets and Excel, whereas for BigQuery, you’ll need to enter the name of a dataset and a table.
- Optionally, you can:
- Specify the first cell for the exported dataset.
- Select the import mode, replace, or append.
- Add a column with the date and time of the last update.
Configuration of these two steps is enough if you want to export data once. To automate exports on a schedule, toggle on the Automatic data refresh and customize the frequency for your updates. The minimum available interval is every 15 minutes.
